Free pop-up concerts and special sets by festival acts in cafés, galleries, design studios, and private homes. We designed the City Stage programme to bring music to unusual places. This is our way to show you around in Tallinn and visit some of our favourite hangouts.
The City Stage programme includes some 20 pop-up locations and over 110 afternoon concerts spread across four days. No ticket needed, these concerts are free.
I’ve been to a lot of music festivals, but somehow, I never expected to end up barefoot, watching a performance in someone’s home. Before the show began, we were even offered a chance to buy cookies and coffee from the family’s young daughter. Welcome to the seventh edition of Tallinn Music Week.
