There is 50% discount available for students. In order to get the student discount, please choose “Student” under “Field of work”. Otherwise you will be invoiced for the full registration price. In this case you cannot change your “Field of work” later in the delegate log-in area.

In case you have a discount deal or complimentary registration, you should have a discount code to apply in the registration form. Without confirming a discount code you need to purchase delegate’s pass for full price.

Tallinn Music Week conference seminars take place at Nordic Hotel Forum’s conference centre; most panels’ working language is English.

Showcase concerts take place in Tallinn’s clubs and concert halls.

Recommended schedule for delegates

Thursday, 30th March – delegates arrival in the afternoon, festival opening in the evening
Friday, 1st April at 10:00 – opening of the TMW conference
Friday and Saturday, 1st and 2nd – TMW Conference at Nordic Hotel Forum (10:00-17:00) and festival (19:00-03:00)
Sunday, 3rd – travel home

Nordic Hotel Forum has a special delegates’ deal during the whole week, 28th March – 3rd April.
