Misia Furtak is a musician, writer and activist. Together with Très.B, the band she fronted and played bass in, she was awarded the prestigious Paszport Polityki prize for a skilful combination of strength and delicacy. Since their breakup, she has been working under her name, and her career has fulfilled this prophetic verdict, as Misia combines work with the giants of indie music, jazz, modern classical music and Polish rap. In 2022, Misia Furtak was selected to join the Keychange network - a pioneering international organisation dedicated to supporting women and gender minorities in the music industry. She has worked with The National, Arlo Parks, TV On The Radio and many others.
