Project Pennar is a brand-new international collective led by guitarist Karl Madis Pennar (EST). The group brings together a sextet of good friends and established musicians from Estonia, Latvia and the USA. They present their freshly baked musical cruise called Journeys Abroad, composed by Pennar. The music is inspired by his last two years living in Hamburg and travelling abroad. The stylistically diverse and dynamic journey is described by captivating grooves, catchy beats, and beautiful flowing melodies with a Nordic touch. Journeys Abroad has its roots in soul, hip-hop and jazz, but also reveals influences from techno, DnB and house music. Project Pennar is here to light a positive spark of hope, love, joy and togetherness with their music in this tiny world we live in and to reach out to every sad soul to spread positive vibrations.
