Sudden Lights is an indie rock band from Latvia. The band consists of Andrejs Reinis Zitmanis (vocals), Kārlis Vārtiņš (bass), Kārlis Matīss Zitmanis (guitar) and Mārtis Matīss Zemītis (percussion). Sudden Lights are one of the fastest-growing, most requested and streamed artists in Latvia. The band was formed in 2012 when they were students and friends at a music school. To date, they have released 3 studio albums, the last of which received 5 nominations at the Latvian Music Awards, including Best Pop Album, Best Album Design and Best Concert Recording. Sudden Lights represented Latvia at Eurovision 2023.
