Üle Heli is an Estonian music and sound art festival that instead of genre definitions focuses on the variety of meanings in music and sound and on the connections between different fields of art.
Named after the crystal-like structure of the Ambisonic sound system, the Üle Heli event series 'Kristalloofonia” presents sound works through a 21-channel sound dome built by the Latvian studio Dirty Deal Audio.
