Anca Lupes is one of the most experienced professionals in the Romanian music business who has worked in almost all the areas of the industry: from mass media to concert promotion; from record companies to publishing, management and booking agencies. In 2006 she started teaching music business in Romania. In 2009 she became the first Romanian industry professional to graduate the Master in Music Business programme from Berkelee College of Music. In 2016 she founded Mastering The Music Business, the first international music industry conference and showcase festival in Romania, which quickly gained the must-go-event status in the CSEE area.
Anca is the President of RAW Music and Executive Director of INDIERO, the Romanian indie labels and music publishers association, affiliated to IMPALA and WIN.
