Kadi Aguraijuja has an MSc in Cultural Management from the Complutense Institute of Musical Sciences, Madrid. She has been organising concerts and festivals for more than 10 years, but became interested in eco-friendly event organisation when she worked for Teeme Ära SA for a year and a half as the head of events for the World Cleanup Day 2018 project. In November 2019, she joined the I Land Sound team and became the head of the festival's environmental project, I Land Green. She also works as a project manager at Garage48.
