Kirsika is a cultural manager with experience in organising concerts and festivals. Her sustainable event management journey started in 2019 at Viljandi Folk Music Festival as a waste manager, today she is the festival's sustainability manager. She also works as an expert in the sustainable event management organisation Acento. Kirsika is one of the founders of Viljandi's food sharing cupboard and a team member of World Clean Up Day Estonia.
