As the artist manager and CEO at Moon Management, Marili works with several top Estonian artists. Among others, she takes care of the folk innovators Duo Ruut and Mari Kalkun and jazz star Kadri Voorand. As a Day to Day Manager she also takes care of visual artist and rap sensation Tommy Cash. In 2023 Marili was nominated as the Manager of the Year and Music Exporter of the Year by Estonian Music Entrepreneurship Awards. In 2022 she was awarded as the Music Exporter of the Year which followed the Manager of the Year 2020 nomination.
