Tanya Korenika is the CEO of Baltic events agency UCE Agency, a concert promoter, production manager, booking agent, and artist managers.
UCE Agency promotes and produces alternative music events in Estonia and the Baltics that has supported over 500 bands and their agencies. In addition, it provides management and booking services for Estonian musicians and expert tour booking services in the Baltic and Finland for international alternative artist agencies. UCE ontributes significantly to music education by showcasing the work of underrepresented musical genres, bringing together a large number of musicians and listeners who support this music.
Tanya is also the drummer for several Baltic alternative bands and has a vast touring experience across Europe. She is Keychange and HEMI Music Hub 2023 participant, and is at the final stage of her master's degree in Culture Management at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre and Estonian Business School. She is researching the topic of "Gender roles in the formation of Baltic alternative music scenes".
