Notable foreign guests include award-winning artist and activist Madame Gandhi from the UK, Finnish indiie-soul star Jesse Markin, sleek French Ukrainian lo-fi maverick Aircraft and Hungarian punky-funky-party squad Duckshell. Estonia is represented by record-breaking electro-pop star NOËP and Analogue Quattro from Ida-Virumaa’s former “closed town” Sillamäe.
