PLG Group, the leading ticket operator in the Baltics and Central Europe, partners with Tallinn Music Week to support new music in Estonia and beyond

TMW is proud to announce PLG Group, the Baltics and Central Europe’s largest ticket operator, as a key supporter of the upcoming edition of the international music and city culture festival. The partnership unites two international creative enterprises in their mission to attract diverse audiences and talent to Estonia, expand market reach and foster cross-border creative experiences.
As the pioneer behind Estonia’s first online ticketing system, PLG Group has collaborated with TMW since the first festival edition in 2009. This dedicated partnership has brought thousands of music lovers from Estonia and beyond to the festival each year.
The company was launched 28 years ago as Piletilevi. As of 2025, it operates internationally under the PLG brand. The rebranding signifies a major step forward, solidifying the company’s position as the largest ticketing operator in the Baltics and Central Europe. With its network spanning seven countries—Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland—PLG Group supports TMW’s efforts to bring more European visitors to the festival in Tallinn.
PLG’s new tagline, “Moments That Matter”, emphasises the commitment to creating unforgettable experiences and meaningful connections that unite audiences worldwide.
“We are delighted to support Tallinn Music Week,” says Sven Nuutmann, Chairman of the Board of PLG Group. “Our collaboration centres on bringing together talented artists and industry professionals to share knowledge, inspiration and innovative ideas—creating moments that enrich communities and foster creativity worldwide. We look forward to supporting TMW’s international outreach and welcoming more culture fans and music industry professionals to Estonia.”
Helen Sildna, Founder and Director of TMW, considers PLG Group’s industry expertise exemplary for the entire creative sector. “We admire PLG’s international ambition and reach”, she says. “It’s remarkable to see an Estonian enterprise expand so successfully into international markets whilst remaining committed to supporting our sector’s growth through their network and unique expertise.”
