In 2020, two classmates in Riga, Eduard and Daniil, decided to form a band called All in Measure and play rock music inspired by 90s grunge with their own unique approach. Later, they released their debut album Aim, a raw, aggressive, and provocative take on grunge with their new band members. By 2024, the duo had turned into a quartet of shaggy-haired outcasts, actively working on their second album, regularly releasing singles, performing concerts in Baltic countries, and vigorously promoting themselves on TikTok.
