Vulva VoceGB

Vulva Voce blends folk, contemporary classical and techno influences to redefine the boundaries of string quartet performance. The ensemble focuses on amplifying women's voices and stories, exclusively performing music created by women and underrepresented artists throughout history, including original compositions and commissioned works. Their innovative approach has earned them recognition from The Recording Academy and BBC Radio 3, and collaborations with artists like Caroline Shaw and Ash. 2024 saw Vulva Voce perform at SXSW Festival's British Music Embassy and Classical Unlocked showcases, Glastonbury Festival, and WOMEX. Committed to sustainable touring, they completed their 2023 European Tour entirely by land travel.
