MuscularFI

Muscular is a Finnish seven-piece band whose music is primarily based on electronic funk intertwined with modern soul and R&B. The band's sound has been compared to Daft Punk, Franc Moody, and L'Impératrice. Muscular consists of two vocalists, a saxophonist, a keyboardist, a guitarist, a bass player, and a drummer.

The debut album, On The One, was released in 2022. The second full-length album, Muscular, was released on vinyl in 2025. The first single, "Super Macarena", was released with a music video already in 2024, and with its success, Muscular won a band competition organised by the companies Shure and Thomann. Winning the competition included a public voting round and a jury decision. As the grand prize, the band performed at the legendary Montreux Jazz Festival in 2024.
