Sten-Olle is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and composer hailing from the tiny town of Rapla, where he proudly lives to this day. His music has been streamed over a million times on digital platforms, and he describes his own work with the term "HD everyday life" – an attempt to take the smallest and seemingly most insignificant fragments of ordinary life and place them under a microscope in song form. Sten-Olle writes in his native Estonian, and his work is particularly captivating for its deep yet clear and striking lyrical weight. The music provides a contrast to the lyrics, where simple indie riffs meet orchestral elements, making the whole easily digestible. His latest album, Kehv Keha, was released in September 2025. The artist's previous LP, Rapla, was nominated for Singer-Songwriter Album of the Year at the Estonian Music Awards in 2022.

As he himself likes to say: "I don't know enough music to write complicated stuff, so I have to make the simple stuff sound as if I did."
