Apply for the Telliskivi Creative City & Selektor Studio Award 2026

Telliskivi Creative City and Selektor Studio in collaboration with Tallinn Music Week (TMW), are once again giving out a Studio Award to an Estonian or international artist that performed at this year’s TMW festival.
The package includes:
– recording up to 4 tracks at Selektor Studio with producer and recording engineer Martin Laksberg;
– 1 rehearsal day before recording
– 2 full recording days at the studio;
– mixing and mastering of up to 4 tracks
Selektor Studio is a recording studio and a music house with attention to the curation of sounds and a selection of talent. Award-winning producers and project managers are at your service in Selektor Studio, ready to record anything up to a big band, sync existing songs from their catalogue or create bespoke music for your next audiovisual project. Selektor Studio is created in alliance with Funk Embassy. Working with creatives, brands and bands on projects with soul is their chosen path.
Martin Laksberg is a producer, songwriter, bass player and an educated recording engineer. While funk, soul and disco are at the centre of his output, he’s just as well-versed in broken beat, house and hip-hop.
Conditions for the offer:
– The opportunity to record and produce up to 4 tracks (worth 5500 euros) will be given to one of the artists, who performed at TMW 2026 to support their vision and ambitions.
– The recording will have to be made during 2026, dates mutually agreed.
– The offer includes studio work only, no travel or accommodation costs are included.

The jury for the application will consist of the representatives of TMW, Music Estonia, Telliskivi Creative City and Selektor Studio.
The previous winners are the Lithuanian retro-futurist duo Superkoloritas in 2024 and singer-songwriter, producer and composer La Fazani from Kosovo in 2025.
