Telliskivi Creative City & Selektor Studio EP Award 2024

Telliskivi Creative City and Selektor Studio in collaboration with Tallinn Music Week (TMW), are giving out a unique Studio Award to an Estonian or international artist,  interested in recording, mixing and mastering their new music in EP format in Telliskivi Creative City, Tallinn.

The package includes recording, mixing and mastering an EP of 4 – 6 tracks with a playing time of 15 – 30 minutes at Selektor Studios with producer and recording engineer Martin Laksberg.

1 rehearsal day before recording
2 full recording days at the studio
Mixing and mastering of up to 4 – 6 tracks 

Selektor Studio is a recording studio and a music house with attention to the curation of sounds and a selection of talent. Award-winning producers and project managers are at your service in Selektor Studio, ready to record anything up to a big band, sync existing songs from their catalogue or create bespoke music for your next audiovisual project. Selektor Studio is created in alliance with Funk Embassy. Working with creatives, brands and bands on projects with soul is their chosen path. More info

Martin Laksberg is a producer, songwriter, bass player and an educated recording engineer. While funk, soul and disco are at the centre of his output, he’s just as well-versed in broken beat, house and hip-hop. More info

Conditions for the offer:
– The opportunity to record and produce an EP (worth 4000 euros) will be given to one of the artists, who performed at TMW 2024 to support their vision and ambitions. 
– The recording will have to be made during 2024, dates mutually agreed. The offer includes studio work only, no travel or accommodation costs are included.
